Jon and Joshs' Walk for Autism.

Tax deductible
Hi, my name is Jon. In May 2022, over the half term break, both myself and my son Josh, will be taking on the challenge of walking the length of Hadrians wall, from Wallsend to the Solway firth (approx 84 miles), over 5 - 6 days carrying all our equipment and camping along the way.
We are doing this to raise money and awareness for the North East Autism Society (NEAS).
This charity is close to our family as Josh has Autism and the support and awareness was something that we were not always priviledged to as unfortunately, when I was serving in the military and moving around the country with my job, we always had to start from the beginning and at the bottom of waiting lists to get any support and that's why charities like this are invaluable as the support is always there.
The money that we hope to raise will go to the society to help with support for children and adults who have autism, with residential care, supported living and short breaks, whilst providing support to families also, by providing help and networking events and ensuring that information and guidance is provided for everyone involved.
I have provided the link to our story on the NEAS website https://www.ne-as.org.uk/father-and-son-take-on-hadrians-wall
We are hoping to raise as much as possible for the NEAS so please donate if you can, every little helps towards this amazing charity.
Thank you for taking the time to read my story.
