USPS Eduardo Bustamante Leg Up Fund

I hardly had a chance to get to know Eddie before his whole life changed. He was a new hire at the Davenport Post Office, and was on his way home from helping us Regular Carriers deliver Cyber Monday Packages the other night when his van broke down ( we have had an extreme amount of packages this year) While he was waiting for help to arrive, a sedan hit his van, and left Eddie very badly injured. ( I have edited much of the first round of details out of respect for the families privacy at this time) We usually would "pass the hat" around the post office when one of our own is down, but have decided to take this route in hopes that more of you will see this post and want to help. We are hoping to reach out to eddie and his family during this hard time and show them much postal love ❤️
