Ruben's Back Surgery Fund

Looking for help with financing a back procedure I need to have done. I was in a accident a year and a half ago. I have been though physical therapy, chiropractics, pain management and epidurals with no relief. Recently had tests done to see if surgery was warranted. Since the tests, my pain levels have increased incredibly. My test have come back positive and my next step of action is surgery.

Unfortunately my heath care insurance does not cover this procedure and being a full time father of two I have no extra funds to put towards it. I would love to get back to a more normal life with no pain meds and the strength to play with my kids and to be more active without the pain putting me down all the time. I have given up so much time with my kids and life and ready to put this all behind me.
