Our forever home

My name is Janet and I am a single mom of 4 beautiful girls. I work full time and like to take care of myself so this is hard for me. I am currently taking care of my girls,mom, and the father to the girls because he can not care for himself. Here is our story...I rent a home and in August the property manager raised the rent without notice and then again in September. I  called her out on the increase without notice. Ever since I started standing up for my renters rights we can not see eye to eye. She tried to evict us which lead us to court,  we won and with the CDC order we can stay until December 31st. With that being said she is not happy that we can stay and is refusing to answer emails about things with the house. She has posted the house for rent on the internet with my family still here. I have been working to buy a house for a while now, we need it more now than ever to avoid being homeless. I have the approval in the works but now the Realtor says I need $3,000 in my account when they do the loan. Just like so many other family money is tight with Covid-19 impacting us all. I  have no where to turn but to my friends, family, and other who know what I'm going through and made it through the storm.
