Hello! so I'm trying again attempting to move forward with my transition and I'm in need if some help. I've been putting my transition as well as creating on hold in the name of stability and now I feel it's time that I take the leap and go full steam ahead so I can be my authentic self. the money will be used for a breast augmentation, tracheal shave, mandible contour etc. thank you all and I appreciate everyone that shares and helps me move forward.
