ND Baby’s nearly fatal fight with COVID-19

Hi my name is Gabby. My son Thomas had covid and it made him really sick. It caused his lung to collapse and his other lung to get pneumonia. He was taken to the ER September 3rd and transferred to Fargo from watford city. Then from fargo he was transferred to Minneapolis because Fargo didn’t have the equipment to treat the severity of his case. He got out of the hospital on October 14th and has been out since. His medical bills are high since he had to be life flighted from two different hospitals. Anything helps since I haven’t worked in a while from a sick pregnancy and then him being in the hospital since he was born only being home for 6 days before getting taken to the hospital from covid. He was also in the NICU for 2 weeks. We pray he doesn’t have any lasting damage but we are following up with cardiologist and his pediatrician often.
