Pls help me become Angel's guardian

Dear friends,
I am appealing to you after many years of a very difficult battle to be able to legally protect and care for the little one I have raised & adored since she was a baby.
After 7 years in South Africa, I FINALLY have the opportunity to legally pursue my dream of becoming Angel's legal guardian.
The challenge: it will take private lawyers, private social workers, ... and, therefore, piles of money that I simply do not have.
As a foreigner here in South Africa, I only have a window of time for this tedious process to take place before I will have to leave again due to my own visa limitations [or will simply no longer be able to afford living in/ doing nonprofit work in Africa].
Currently, Angel is in a very precarious position... & I'm not legally free to protect her from what could happen... I'm not even free to go anywhere-- not without having to leave her behind.
I need to start this process NOW but truly cannot do it without your help.
