Tax deductible
On Thanksgiving night, Stony Brook Shines for Others kicks off their 14th season of fundraising. This years recipient will be Little Smiles of Western New York. Little Smiles "gives kids the chance to be kids during difficult times."
They have earmarked these funds to outfit and furnish "Trauma" rooms at each Buffalo Police Precinct, to help ease the stress that children endure during accidents, crimes and other situations that impact entire families.
