A chair for Bill

This is my friend Bill. We we graduated in the same class way back in 1988. Just 4 years later in 1992 he was in a tragic accident that injured his spinal cord and caused him to be paralyzed from the neck down.  He has some mobility in his arms but no use of legs, hands or fingers. He currently lives at Clinton county nursing home  his medical insurance bought him a power chair around 10 years ago, he was able to get around and go anywhere he was able. Back in July his chair broke and he cannot get the insurance company to get him a new one or fix the old one. So he has been in bed since July.  Not able to do much of anything. I am hoping with the support of all of you we can get him a new chair. They are very expensive and this is going to take alot of work but if it gets him out of bed and back to a better quality of life i am willing to try. Thank you in advance for all of your support.
