The CoCo San Sustainable Farm is a project of AgLantis. We grow fresh produce on 15 acres public land. Our urban farm in Martinez CA has free recycled water which is high in nutrients. The water is certified by the California state as safe for agriculture. We use organic, regenerative methods.

We donated 40,000 pounds of fresh produce in 2021. Please help us pay for seed and equipment to expand our field crops so that we can donate 100,000 pounds of fresh produce to the local Food Bank, schools and charities for families in need.
