Greyson’s Gift

This is Greyson, my grandson.  Greyson has been diagnosed with 3p deletion syndrome which is a very rare genetic disorder.  He has been in and out of the hospital since last year with pneumonia and a lot of respiratory infections.  He most recently has developed seizures.  He is aspirating on his milk and therefore needs a G-tube placed for feeding, however they can not operate on him because he isn’t healthy enough.  It would be too risky putting him under anesthesia.  He has a temporary feeding tube and keeping Greyson out of daycare for at least a month would allow him to be healthy enough to have his permanent G-tube placed.  The money raised will help keep Greyson at home with a caregiver full-time until he’s healthy enough to have surgery.  We really feel this is Greyson’s best shot at thriving because without this G-tube he cannot eat.  Thank you so much for taking the time to read this and I will update this page with Greyson’s progress!  Any amount of money will help and be greatly appreciated!  Please keep little Greyson in your prayers because we know God is stronger than all of this!
