Greg Slusarczyk Memorial Fund

Greg Slusarczyk passed away in his home Saturday, July 22, 2017 after a long battle with prostate cancer. He was an amazingly strong man who fought long and hard for more time with his family. He was a devoted husband (Colleen and Greg were going on 24 years of marriage), a terrific father (who took in his stepdaughters as his own), a wonderful grandfather, a hardworking man who provided for his family, a good friend to all, an artist who enjoyed painting, and a dedicated Chicago Cubs and Chicago Bears fan (although he enjoyed all sports). He is survived by his wife, Colleen, and their three children, Danielle, Jessi, and Joe. Colleen has had to be out of work a lot over the last couple of months to care for Greg. Medical bills, household bills, and memorial bills are now a huge burden to Colleen. Any and all help is appreciated and will help relieve some of the financial stress.
