Housing Fraud Relief Fund
Donation protected
Since February 2018, my sister Sara had been excitedly planning the construction of a tiny house. She, like many other Canadians, became a victim of the Green Terra Homes fraud, depleting her life savings and leaving her homeless. There is on ongoing OPP and Border Services investigation into the company. While criminal charges may be brought against the owners, it has become apparent the possibility of recovery by civil litigation extremely unlikely.
I’m asking we rally as a community and help my sister, who is charitable and kind in her own right, secure her lost funding for a new home. The $19 600 for which we are aiming represents the actual deposit amount paid to Green Terra for a home that was never delivered, and does not reflect additional expenses incurred or time lost while working with Green Terra. Every dollar given will go to the securing of safe, affordable housing.

Additional CTV coverage on the owner of Green Terra
