Green Elephant Covid-19 Staff Fund

During the Covid-19 pandemic, The Green Elephant has unfortunately closed the doors according to city and state mandate, in order to help slow the spread of the virus, and help keep our staff and customers safe.
With this fundraiser, we are attempting to avoid laying off employees and closing our doors permanently. With the recently announced extension of the closures until at least April 8th, and possibly the entire month of April, permanent closure and layoffs is a very possible outcome.
All money raised / donated here will be used very specifically to avoid this outcome. Beyond rent and utilities payments for the venue, all funds will be paid directly to Green Elephant employees (bar tenders, cleaning staff, and the security team) to help keep roofs over their heads and food on their tables, and ensure they have a job to come back to once we make it to the other side of this thing.
