Great South Run for Cath

Becky, Tracey and Liz are running the Great South Run in aid of the Isle of Wight Diabetic Fund.

Our friend Catherine Love was a Type 1 diabetic and lived her life to the full. Her philosophy was "Type 1 diabetes is an illness that does NOT need to define us or stop what we do. We just need to plan a little more."

Cath died of cancer in February 2021 and we miss her dreadfully. She may have died of cancer, but she lived with diabetes and we would like to help others on the island manage their diabetes as well as Cath did.

We wanted to run the GSR with Cath, so now we will run it for her.
