Grant's Bariatric Surgery

I have always struggled with my weight but it is ruining my life now more than ever. Earlier this year I found out that I am unable to have another child until I lose weight. On top of that, I severely injured my knee and have chronic pain. I need a full knee replacement but cannot go through with the necessary surgery until I lose 100+ pounds and do so very quickly. That is why I have decided to pursue surgery and change my life for the better.

Insurance will cover a portion of my surgery but will not cover doctor's appointments before-hand, nor the hospital stay for two to three days.
