Grandson's dog needs surgery

Hello, my 5 year old  grandson's dog Kilo recently injured himself while running through our backyard. He has a pinched nerve in his spine and lost full capability of moving his left hind leg. We do not have the funds to afford the surgery he needs to undergo. Kilo is a wonderful dog that is full of love and life. Even while injured all he wants to do is try to play and show everyone around love. He is my grandson's best friend in the whole world and has been through everything with him.
