Grandparents need medical attention

Hello everyone, I hate to do this but, I need to for my grandparents. They are in need of emergency medical attention and I can’t help them on my own. I would like to ask you all to please help us get the medical attention my grandparents need. My grandpa needs prostate surgery as my grandma needs to be seen by a diabetes specialist in order to figure out what’s going on with her health. They live in Ecuador so I'm very limited on my ability to help them, so please help me get them the medical attention they need as soon as possible. I appreciate the help and may God bless you all.
