Sweet Grandma, paralized on Mexican vacation

On Friday September 28th, While on vacation in Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico my mother in-law, myself, her husband, and her son(my husband), was boogie boarding in the ocean having an amazing time, when a wave came and knocked her off the board. When we all came up from the water, I looked to my left to see Raejean( my mother in-law), floating with her face in the water not moving. I went over to her and grabbed her. She was wide-eyed and saying she can’t move. She kept going under the water so I yelled for help, and her son and husband came over to try to help get her out of the water. We layed her on the beach and it took almost 30 minutes for her to get an amubulance to her.  We got her to a hospital in Puerto Vallarta, where we decided to fly her to the U.S.  
$49,000 just for that flight later, and she has had surgery at the University of Utah, been in rehab for 60 days, and just last Thursday the 6th, went back to St George where she lives; to continue treatment there. She has made considerable improvement, but this is a very long and tedious road. They need help for treatments, equipment, and to help pay these medical bills.  We are so grateful for anything you can give to help this family. Thank you!!!!
