Getting Grace on the road

We've decided to create Grace's Mobile Facebook page
www.facebook.com/pg/gracesmobile  & a "go fund me" page so friends (and their friends) can follow our progress in raising funds to buy a wheelchair accessible van. We have put off getting a van for as long as we could, in the hope that Grace might be able to support her weight and have the ability to walk, get in and out of a car on the school bus etc. unaided but that isn't at least for now, possible for her.

Grace  has been diagnosed with Cerebral palsy quadriplegia spasticity and Cortical visual impairment (CVI).  Grace has grown quite tall over the past 9 years and as a result too heavy for us to get her in and out of the car seat. In addition, she has outgrown her current wheelchair and the best solution moving forward is for her new chair to be one that does not get taken apart. ( to be put in the boot) and a wheelchair accessible van.

We therefore, need your help to purchase 'Grace's Mobile'. It will be hers and used by those who are involved in caring for her.

All monies raised/donated are to be used for the purchase of the vehicle and for the modifications that it will need.
Any suggestions, ideas to help to raise funds or if you can help by donating it will be greatly appreciated.
