Hi, my name is Eyum, also known as "Mama Grace!" My team and I are raising this fund to provide aids such as wheelchairs and medical care for children living with disabilities in Africa.
My experience with my late daughter, Grace, who died on the 5th of August 2019, has made me realise the immense needs of children living with disabilities. Grace was born with severe disabilities, diagnosed as Cornelia de Lange Syndrome. She had just one finger on each hand, was wheelchair-bound, had no speech, and depended entirely on her family and carers to take care of her. This foundation has been set up in her memory to share the love that we have cultivated by caring for Grace during her lifetime.

This year, our target is to give out 20 wheelchairs and pay the medical bill for ten children who need urgent medical attention.
