Grace Counseling Benevolence Fund

As an active participant in the community of south Denver for over 25 years, Grace Counseling strives to provide exceptional care and a compassionate environment for every client in need of counseling and mental health services. The dedicated team of professionals also seek to strengthen, educate, and bring healing to clients and their families. In this field of work, we see the heartbreak, the hurt, and the trauma, but we also see the hope, the redemption, and the healing that is possible.

An important aspect of our non-profit mission is to provide reduced fee services for those who are unable to afford professional counseling. Presently, Grace Counseling provides reduced rates for approximately one third of our clients through crime victim’s compensation, church benevolence funds, reduced fees offered by our professional staff, and through our intern program. Often, the greatest need for counseling is when people have the fewest financial resources. To further expand our influence to our community, we have a benevolence opportunity called Grace Benevolence Fund.

In the past two years, the Benevolence Fund was able to help 57 people pay for professional counseling. We are now seeking to increase the impact of this fund by raising $15,000 which will allow us to continue bridging the gap between people in financial need and appropriate mental health and psychiatric services.
