Bring dad home

My father Allan Pages-Oliver is in need of urgent medical care, he currently has fluid on the brain with a serious blockage. He is currently stuck in the Philippines and unable to get back to Australia, he is unable to fly a normal international flight due to his condition. 
We are needing an urgent medivac flight or assistance with emergency surgery. 

Dad is extremely confused and as a family we have been left to make a decision on his behalf.
