Help Mike fight cancer

Mike has endured a mystery illness, it started 4-1/2 years ago and has progressively worsened. Doctors do not have a name for it.
It started as dental issues with porous bone and abcesses, he has had his natural teeth replaced with implants.
Then it moved on to kidney issues and he lost one of his kidneys and was on diaylsis.
Then he got testicular cancer and got chemo which developed into sores on his legs and arms, these got infected and sent cancer into his blood stream.
This week we were told what we thought was pneumonia might be lung cancer but thank God turned out to be an infection in the lung lining. He is being treated for that.
He cannot work because he goes 2-3 times a day to the Doctor's. The miles on the car go on fast, he goes through a tank of gas every two days. All of these treatments and surgeries have drained our finances and we need to ask kind and generous people for some help so Mike can continue to get treatments and one day I hope a cure.
This has been a battle and some days he feels like giving up so please give anything you can and know we appreciate your support.
