My name is Dean Morris and I am 15 years old.
I created a campaign called GOSAC - Give Our Strays A Chance to raise awareness of adopting and donating to animals in shelters, pounds and rescue groups.
GOSAC started as a school project in PEAC (gifted and talented program) to teach us that even kids can make a difference.
We rescued my dog Hooch from a pound, he was just about to be euthanised. It made me so sad that I decided to do something about it.
It has been so successful that this is the 5th year that I run GOSAC.
I participate in events such as the Kelmscott Show and UWA De Stress day. I organise an annual event called GOSAC DAY, every year (the day before Mother's day) at the Forest Lakes Forum.
I have recently been appointed Junior Ambassador for RSPCA. It is a great honour!
You can read all about GOSAC on my website www.gosac.info
I am just a kid but I am working hard and doing my best to make a difference and save as many homeless strays as possible.
I can't do it on my own. I need your support!
