I'm raising money to help bring GoodGym to Luton and every donation will help.
GoodGym combines exercise with helping community projects and older people in towns up and down the country. So our members can get fit, and do good, at the same time!
We are a fitness community who reduce isolation and loneliness for older people by providing regular visits and helping thousands of older people live safely at home by doing practical household and garden tasks.
Our group runs enable over 10,000 runners to stop off to help community projects, schools, parks and charities with manual labour.
Our runners benefit from the physical and mental health boost of getting out, getting some exercise, doing some good and meeting some great people.
