Goodbye to Ali

Ali was killed 13th February 2018. He was 24 years old and had a little girl, the love of his life. I can't begin to explain who he was. Loving, brave, loyal, and a huge smartass. My little brother. One angry man decided he didn't want Ali around and shot him. Our family is devastated, I can't begin to explain the pain and grief. How can someone so amazing and loving be taken?

Ali lived in Virginia, USA but our family is spread wide with some in Virginia, some in Boston, some in the UK and one in Qatar. We managed to spend a week together when Ali was killed, sorting out the funeral arrangements and helping the police with any questions we could answer. This June, my Mom and sister will be travelling back to Virginia to clear out a storage locker that has stuff from our old house, including Ali's stuff. It will be full of memories, and there will be practical jobs to do. It would be so good for me to be able to help them with this.

I would like to ask for help paying for airfare and towards covering an airbnb and any travel costs within the US. 

Any money left over will be used to pay back Ali's funeral costs or to go to help those he loved and left behind. Thank you and God bless.
