Haris khan is no stranger to community service, rising money for cancer patients, domestic violence victims, and homeless people just to name the few.
The last few months has been emotionally and financially difficult for Khan and his family. Losing both of his parents just three months apart has been extremely difficult for khan and his two younger siblings (unmarried).
On 15th January 2021, just two days away from Khan’s birthday, he lost his father due to prolong illness with the COVID-19 Pneumonia. This year was the first time, Khan did not get a phone call from his father on his birthday. Khan, was grieving the lost of father and tragedy happened again for his family.
In early April 2021, Khan’s mother was tested positive for the COVID-19. She was admitted to the ICU for the treatment. After a few weeks of battle with COVID-19. On April 22, 2021, she lost her life due to COVID-19 complications.
Words can not describe how Khan and his two younger siblings feel due to the lost of their both parents just 3 months apart. Helpless, shock, and heartache are just a few that comes to mind.
Haris is the financial provider for his two younger siblings.
