GNR: Mental Health North East

This year I am looking to raise money for Mental Health North East. On the 8th of September I will be attempting to finish the Great North Run. Mental health affects all of us, wether it’s direct or indirect. 1/4 people in the UK suffer from some sort of mental health issue, varying from depression to anxiety. Mental Health North East are a charity close to home who assist in the care of those affected by mental health issues. They work tirelessly with businesses to train their employees, support those in need and continue to increase the awareness and importance of the issue being taken seriously.
