My beautiful Niece

Percy was vibrant, funny, and sassy. Her smile was as bright as the sun. She was such a strong, passionate young lady.  She was her sister's best friend and full of spunk. She was 17 years old and left us way too soon. We need your help to put her to rest. This tragedy is something we could've never prepared for and it has rocked us to our core.
