Barb's Medical/Recovery Fund

Mom was diagnosed with a severe case of Pnemonia on 3/15/16.  Since then she has developed ARDS which is a very serious and debilitating disease caused by the trauma to her lungs from the pnemonia infection.  She has a very long road to recovery - this will include learning how to breathe on her own, talk, eat, and walk all over again.  Her recovery will take weeks/months in a long-term acute care (LTAC) facility.  She has spent about 20 days in the ICU so far and her journey is not over.  She is a strong woman with an even stronger heart.
