Global Travel Seminar to Italy

Hi Everyone! This year I took advantage of the opportunity to participate in a Global Travel Seminar through my college, Suffolk University. One of my main goals in my college career was to study abroad at some point. This trip is giving me the chance to reach that goal.
Basically what it is, is a course that Suffolk offers where we study about the small businesses, entreprenurial mindset, and the design culture in Italy. We meet a few times in Boston to study about these businesses and the culture and then during Spring Break we get to go and meet with the businesses we've been studying and have hands on experience on what we've learned about.
If you know me, you know that it is my dream to own my own jewelry shop in Italy one day. I couldn't think of a better way to learn and physically experience how to start up your own business in another country (specifically Italy). The connections I'll be able to make and the advice I'll be able to get will help me move one step closer to reaching my dream career goal. Who knows what could come out of this trip.
Since it is an organized study abroad trip through Suffolk there is a fee that comes along with it. $3100 is the total fee plus a plane ticket. I'm making this GoFundMe page to see if I can bring that cost down at all. I know it's a struggle out there, but every little bit counts. Being able to go on this trip would mean the absolute world to me and I can't tell you how much I'd appreciate it. Last year I made the mistake of not going because I couldn't see how I could afford it, but this year I'm doing everything I can to figure out a way to get there.
