Glenn's recovery

As many of you know, my father Glenn is currently in Gaylord Rehabilitation Hospital. He was diagnosed with colon cancer in October and had a tumor removed. Unfortunately, he experienced severe surgical complications and spent over a month in critical care. Thankfully,  he made great progress and was stable enough to be discharged to rehabilitation. Glenn has many months of hard work ahead of him. He will need to learn to do many simple day to day tasks again. He will also be out of work for the forseeable future and will require chemotherapy to treat his cancer once he is stronger. I would like to raise money to support my father in paying bills and to assist him with lost income. Glenn has given a large part of his life in service to others. He retired after years of meritorious service as a Police Officer and Detective with the Naugatuck Police Department. He worked in Emergency Medical Services and volunteered in his community for years. His charitable work in animal rescue and public safety advocacy has helped countless of those in need. He has impacted many people and leaves an unforgettable impression with all who meet him. He is a brother to all of us and I'd love to give some back to him. Nobody fights alone! Thank you.
