Gladesmen Legend's Untimely Passing

Frank passed at home with the love of his life.  A 2nd love that certainly took center stage for over 65 years of his life was the Everglades. Frank 1st fell in love with the Everglades when he was just a boy. At first it was a love affair that came with the exploration and then the understanding of how precious this Eco-System is.

As an adult, Frank hunted and fished every inch of the River of Grass.  A staunch, small framed man that would stare a grizzly bear in the face.  The stories he would tell me of his adventures should be in books. 

Frank became an activist mid-life to protect the place he loved more than life itself.   There were none more influential a man, I ever had the pleasure to meet.

The Gladesmen Culture in part is alive today, thanks to Frank. That "part" just happens to be because "his" part to convince the Army Corps of Engineers  to look closer at the Gladesmen and our culture, resulted in a study that would bring "Us Gladesmen" to the center of attention internationally.

If you ever had the pleasure to meet or know Frank, you know how influential and memorable he will always be. 

In reflection of a life well lived and a fight well fought, please give to this fund.

Sheila Denninger (widow)
For the burial and subsequent memorial of Frank Denninger.
As Sheila is older and does not have an email to complete the electronic funds transfer process, I will be handling the disbursement of the total of funds raised.
She is scheduled to recieve all funds, as they come in.
