In April 2014 the Iris Children's School started in Kathmandu, Nepal. It is a Nursery (3 year olds) to Grade 5 and has 35 students, with plans to expand to Grade 6 next year.
We had a crazy dream to start a school and it became a reality as many people got behind us. Our vision is to provide quality christian education for any student who wants to come and to work towards transforming education practice in Nepal one school at a time.
Our key verse is "Let the children come''. Mark 10 verse 14.
Many parents have said they'd LOVE their children to come but don't have transport. So... this is what this campaign is about... raising money to buy a VAN so they can come.
