Giving my family a chance in life

My name is Engineer Mohammed Kordia, and I'm reaching out to you during one of the most challenging times of my life. At 30 years old, I find myself amidst the aftermath of the devastating October 7 war in Gaza, along with my family of three.

My wife is currently seven months pregnant, and the turmoil of war has left us in an incredibly precarious situation. Our home was destroyed in the conflict, and we have been forced into displacement. With no access to essential supplies like medicine, food, or adequate shelter, our circumstances are dire.

To compound matters, my wife requires vital medications and prenatal vitamins to ensure the health of our unborn child. However, due to the war's impact on employment opportunities, I am unable to provide for these necessities. As a result, we are now living in a tent, battling harsh weather conditions that pose serious risks to both my wife and our daughter.

In light of these challenges, I am turning to the kindness and generosity of others. We are seeking financial assistance to help us leave Gaza and relocate to a stable, safe country. Our primary concern is the well-being of my family, especially my wife and the unborn child. Additionally, the scarcity of functioning hospitals in our area due to the war further intensifies our need to find a safer environment for her to give birth.
