Give Them Time

Thank you for donating to this appeal. This fundraiser was originally set up to remain confidential from the recipients as it is to raise funds to help Ruth, Pete and family following Pete’s devastating diagnosis on Friday 11th Jun, given that neither of them are able to engage in paid work at the moment. The secret is out, however, as Ruth and Pete have now received most of the donations received thus far.

Some good news is that Pete has remained well enough for the family to have one last holiday together, from which they will return on Saturday 10th July. Please keep donating so we can provide for them to the extent that financial worries do not intrude on their precious time together over the next few months. In their current situation, time is the most precious gift we can give - and your donations will facilitate this.

Please Note: The reason that Sue Cowley is listed as a 'beneficiary' on this page is because she is handling the withdrawal and transfer of the funds to Ruth and Pete so that they can focus on themselves and the girls without having to manage the resulting administration. The software would not allow us to set it up in any other way, unfortunately.
