Give My Mom the Gift of Sight

Hello, I am starting this go fund me to help my mother who unexpectedly needs to have eye surgery. She was fine one day and the next morning woke up not being able to see. She went to the doctor and was told it was just a stye and to get eyes drops and antibiotics. that helped for a few days and then she was unable to see again. After other appointments and seeing a specialist; we came to find out that her retina detached and has to have surgery to reattach the retina from how I am understanding; so that she will be able to see again. My mother has always worked hard her whole life and taken care of family so we are trying to step up to help her however we can. she is currently out of work and unable to pay for this surgery nor does she have insurance to cover the surgery either. I was able to pool together a good amount between family helping and friends to put towards the surgery however I still need to raise about 9000. The whole surgery plus recovery is a bit more than 20,000. Anything would help us to be able to get this surgery for my mother so that she will be able to see again.
