Ginny's Stolen Bow & Violin

Ginny's violin  & bow were stolen from the backseat of her car a week ago in the middle of DTLA (downtown los angeles)

As any working musician knows: this is a big wrench to be put into our already, hectic lives' & rigorous schedules.

"Friends and LA musicians - I am desperately asking for your help if anyone sees my electric violin or wooden bow around town or online.

My car window was smashed and broken into on Thursday night in downtown LA. I lost my gold electric violin (pictured here), Hill bow with gold frog, grey BAM case, suitcase with my best show clothes, makeup, hair tools, and Samsonite roller with my iPad, hard drive, and chargers.

I filed a police report and the next day watched as my iPad travelled from Riverside to Chinatown to DTLA to Anaheim, and then was erased from “My Devices”.

If any musicians are around town (pawn shops) or online (eBay, Craigslist) and see this electric violin with a “GL” enscribed on it, or a bow with gold at the frog, please message me - and if you feel so inclined, please please share this post so I can get the word out.

This violin is hand-made, not manufactured so it will be easy to spot if I can find it.
