On Wednesday, August 30 my brother (who is 40 yrs old) went in for a simple 30 minute surgery on his Achilles. During the surgery, he flat lined on the table and they had to bring in a team to shock him to revive him. He was then sedated and put on a respirator and we had no idea if he would be ok or if he would have brain damage. Fortunately, he is fine and (almost) back to normal. However, he was in ICU for 3 days and he is still in the hospital awaiting more tests. His medical bills will be outrageously expensive. If anyone would like to help, I know he would greatly appreciate it. He may kill me for doing this but he is too proud to ask for help. Thank you!
