Gilbert Martinez Heart Surgery

Gilbert Martinez is one of our Sub Contractors who has been with us from day 1 and has been a friend to all of us for a long time. On Monday Gilbert took himself to the ER with Chest Pain in Battle Creek where he has been working.  After finding out he was having a heart attack, he was transferred to Spectrum Health Butterworth where they performed a catherization to discover too much blockage in his heart.  The next step is Bypass Surgery which they can't do until next Tuesday due to him being on Plavix.  He will remain in the hospital until Tuesday and at that time will go to surgery.  Gil has no Health Insurance, and this procedure will be very costly so we have decided to start a Go Fund me to help.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
