Kidney and pancreas transplant

Good Day friends, My name is Lord Nana Agyemang. I know some of you might know, others may not know that I'm battling with kidney and Pancreas failure. My kidneys have worsened to a point they no longer work on their own. My only treatment is to have a transplant. And to be very honest time is not on my side. I would like to plead with you.
