Bonjou! Hello! My name is Olivia. :) Thank you so much for taking the time to stop by my page. I am so excited about these next few months and would love to invite you along on this crazy journey of faith.
Here's the 'story'!
Last year I was blessed with the opportunity to visit the beautiful country of Haiti. Needless to say...I fell in love. I mean what's not to love?
Despite the cockroaches, heat, and exhaustion, I was filled with love and joy that only comes from Christ. I returned again...and again. Through these experiences I have developed a deep love and passion for missions and reaching people with the gospel of Christ.
In the months of March and April, I have once again been given the opportunity to retrun to Haiti and in addition travel to Ghana Africa.
Haiti: We will continue interviewing the families in our sponsorsip program hoping to better understand their situation in order to better serve them.
Ghana: I will be working with an incredible team for 12 days and during that time we hope to paint the public libary, build picnic tables, and plan/ put on a VBS for the local children. In addition to the obvious travel expenses, our team is asked to raise $2,500 to cover the costs for supplies.
I ask that you would prayerfully consider being appart of what the Lord is doing in both Haiti and Ghana through financially supporting my involvement with these ministries. If that is not possible, please know that I fully understand and trust that God will supply what He seems as necessary for these trips.
Above all, I would greatly appreciate your prayer over this trip as I seek to be used by Jesus to spread His truth and grace throughout the world.
