Family in Need

Please find it in your heart to help a mother of 3 in need. A dear friend of mine is starting over as a single mother with 3 children after finding the courage to end an abusive marriage. After being unemployeed for 4 months and left with the debt from her separation, she is having a very hard time catching up on every day expenses. The family is currently behind on their rent and living without utilities in their home, forcing the children to stay with other friends and family. Things are beginning to look up for her, as she is no longer unemployed.  However, her expenses continue to grow as she is receiving no financial help for the children from the other parent. She has applied for TANIF benefits to help her out while she is trying to catch up on bills, however these things take time and assistance will not be available to her until December. I am asking that you stop and think to yourself of all the little things we stress over on a daily basis and think of what this family and children are going through. It makes our problems seem very small. No child should have to see the things they have seen or go through what they have been through at such a young age. If you have the pleasure of knowing these kids personally, then you can agree that through it all they are some of the most amazing children you will ever meet! I am asking for your donation to help this family get back on their feet and to help rebuild what circumstances beyond their control has destroyed.  My friend has demonstrated the courage to leave this relationship, will you demonstrate love and compassion to help them start their new life?
