Medical Bills for Cheryl

Hello, I am Cheryl's oldest daughter Lisa. Back onAugust 22nd, 2020 my mother had a seizure and fell of my step-dad's motorcycle in Wayland, Michigan.  They had just left my house and were returning home when my mom started to have a seizure. My step-dad slowed the motorcycle down not knowing what was happening. Thankfully he was able to stop the motorcycle on the side of the road. But as soon as he was stopped, my mom slumped over and fell off and onto the ground where she laid seizing until the point she was unconscious and not breathing. A wonderful man who was behind them noticed what was happening and parked his truck in the middle of the road to stop traffic and preventing any other tragedies. Within 2 minutes there were 2 MSP and 3 off duty paramedics who just happened to pass by. The second paramedic to show up on scene thankfully had oxygen and a  difibulator. The lady provided aid to my mom until the ambulance arrived, and thankfully she was breathing again after CPR was administered and on her way to the hospital within 7 minutes. Once in the hospital my mom was stable but still not very coherent. They gave her morphine to allow her body to relax and they did a CTscan and MRI and found that they had fractured her sternum during CPR (very common thing.) So the next few days were spent in the hospital relaxing, and recovering and having a few more tests done to see if they could find a reason as to why she had the seizure in the first place. We are currently still waiting on that answer. My mom has been released from the hospital  and is finishing recovery at home and taking it very easy. 
Unfortunately I am making this gofund me to help my mom cover the cost of her medical bills that insurance didn't cover, and to to help pay some of her bills as she has been living paycheck to paycheck and doing her best to make ends meet. Anything towards my goal for her is greatly appreciated noatter the amount. And if you are unable to help me reach my goal for her;  please share this page and hopefully it will reach more people who are able to help.
