Getting V.E.T.S Back On The Water

Donation protected
As a purple heart recipient, and after being injured in a suicide bombing while serving in Afghanistan. My brother was discharged due to his injuries after nine years of service in the United States Army. As we all struggle with finding ourselves back in the civilian world, it was quite the adjustment. Luckily, he has an amazing wife and two wonderful daughters standing behind him.

These battles are always fought internally, fortunately he found what brings him a great sense of calm and he has shared this with other veterans as well. He has found serenity and peace in being on the water fishing. He started V.E.T.S as a way to help other veterans by taking them out on the water fishing for a day trip. He has taken nearly 25 veterans out since March 1st. He does all of these trips with his own monetary funding and with the help of sponsors whom have supplied fishing gear amongst some small monetary donations.

Last month Tyler’s boat that was used to take the veterans out on the fishing excursions took on water and he recently just learned that it is totaled. This is his livelihood! He left his very lucrative career to take on this Non-Profit because he wanted to make a difference in his fellow veteran’s lives. Please help not only him. But, all of the other veterans that he helps to forget about the things they've seen, done, been threw and have had to overcome, even if only for a day.

This is an absolutely amazing non-profit organization.

Please find it in your heart to help my brother and as a fellow veteran, your brother. RLTW.
