For Lydia treatment and medication

I need your help! I would like to introduce you to my daughter Lydia. She is 37, and sadly has stage 4 breast cancer which has metastasized to liver and has bone cancer too. Doctors have given her maybe a year to live.
Lydia is currently living in Florida, and we need to get her back to California. Once she's here, she will have family to care for her.
Her wish is to return to California to be with her family and friends.
Because of the rapid progression of the cancer, she is not able to fly, so I will need to fly to Florida and drive her back. Lydia has a small bucket list that includes a visit to the Grand Canyon and Disneyland on her way to California, and I'd really like to be able for her to visit those places before its too late. Unfortunately, I don't have the resources to make it happen.
Lydia is a funny, sweet, with a bit of stubbornness (gets that from my side of the family), shy, very loving young woman. My hope is to make her remaining time one of happiness and peace.
So, I reach out with a plea of help. If anyone can assist with making her wishes come true, it would be greatly appreciated.
I would love to give her this special time and make her final wishes come true. Please help me do this for her.
