Getting CiCi Back On Her Feet After The Fire

CiCi just had her home/van burn to the ground with everything she owned inside. Purse, phone, clothes, equipment, everything.
We have no idea what started the fire, but thankfully she wasn't inside and no one was hurt.
CiCi came prepared to upgrade her van with solar that she has already purchased and is waiting to pick up at the mailing service in town. Our hearts are heavy for her coming on this journey and something so unfortunate happening.
It is however fortunate that this happened before the event even started because we will still be able to make her whole again with the labor resources we have available at the van build this year if we can get support to replace the van.
CiCi is a modest person and was reluctant to allow me to set this up for her but I really feel that it is the right thing to do. She is not asking for this at all and felt great pride in being able to come here and buy her own upgrades. This is the van build community that wants to make her whole again. She is currently borrowing a tent and other basic necessities in the meantime.
What we would like to crowdfund for her is a solid used van and funds to pull together a wardrobe and the other normal things folks need to live. After some research, we are finding that we are looking in the price range of $3,000 - $3,500 to purchase a used van. An additional $1,750 for any mechanical things that would need to be fixed or replaced on the van and the basic essentials and necessities a person needs to survive, bedding, clothes, etc.
This is an urgent need as the van build begins tomorrow and we will only have the labor resources to make her whole again for 14 days. So we need the purchase the van ASAP.
If you are someone who feels compelled to help CiCi as we do then we ask that you act upon that feeling right away. Together we can turn this unfortunate event into a beautiful expression of humanity.
