Assits me with After Care Expenses

Hello, Thank you for your time and consideration. My name is Ed Knowlton A few years ago, I had a heart attack and had to have a stent put in. This was only the beginning of a long journey and my life underwent some major changes. A short while after that procedure I had another attack. When I woke up a few days later in the hospital the doctors told me they had to perform an emergency triple bypass. The doctor who saved my life informed me of the damage to my heart. In 2016, I suffered another heart attack and even with a healthy diet and healthy lifestyle there is just too much damage to my heart. The team at Tampa General Hospital have informed me that I need a new heart. Thank God that I have insurance; however, my insurance company does not provide after care support and since i live more tgen two hours from my transplant hospitial i am needing to stay near by in a home or hotel for 4 to 6 weeks.The team at Tampa General suggested I raise around $5,000 for heart transplant after care needs like food apartment bills and life's incidentals. I am currently on a medication drip that is helping my heart function enough to keep me alive. My doctors are unsure how long this medication drip will work (it can work for two years or only two months). Because of the uncertainty of this medication Being on the transplant list is an important step in life for me and my family. Your donations help make this possible.
