Lilo’s Surgery

My beautiful girl got his by a car last night. Her back left leg was basically skinned and the muscle near her vagina and anus were torn. I rushed her to a pet emergency room and paid around $1400 to get her  surgery and X-rays done. The surgery went well, however the X-rays show a fractured pelvis and dislocated femur and sacrum. Also her kidneys are not functioning efficiently, she is hypothermic, and she could possibly have neurological damage, but it is too soon after surgery to tell. 
Lilo is my baby, she’s not even two years old yet, I can’t lose her or abandon her. She’s always been there for me through my toughest moments and she’s honestly partly the reason I’m still here today. She helps me more than antidepressants help me. She cares so much and she’s always purring by my side when she knows I’m not feeling great. 
Please help me get her better if you can. It would mean the world to me and to Lilo. And if you can’t, then please I just ask that you share this so someone else might be able to help.
